Don't do it. They can't handle anything but the simplest prescription. Returns are a joke, tracking is non-existent, and 3 months later you'll still be without glasses. I had to reach out to customer service after weeks of frustration, hoping for a resolution, and felt a strong urge to leave a review if things didn't improve.
Customer: I am absolutely furious. I ordered my glasses three months ago, and I still don't have them! The tracking information is useless, saying nothing, and with my prescription, this is just unacceptable. Customer: So, what exactly are you going to do? Because right now, I'm just without my glasses, three months later, and feel completely helpless.
