🚨 BOGO Scam: A Glitchy Site and Dishonest Customer Service
I'm writing this review to warn others about my awful experience. I was drawn in by a buy-one-get-one-free promotion, but their website was so full of glitches it was impossible to get the offer. After I was charged full price, I had no choice but to contact their customer service, hoping for a simple fix. Instead, I found a company that is Dishonest, doesn't honor promos. Makes it impossible to collect offer when the site is full of glitches. No customer Service 24 hours, no agent. Unprofessional. Will NOT return and I do NOT recommend them. This conversation is why.
Customer: Hi, my order was supposed to have a BOGO promotion, but your site glitched and charged me for both pairs. I need you to honor the deal and credit me back for the second pair of glasses.
CS Rep: I understand your frustration and apologize for the website issue. I see the promotion was active. To fix this, you will need to return both pairs of glasses, and we can help you reorder them correctly.
Customer: Return them? They're the correct style and prescription. Why should I go through all that hassle because of your mistake? Just credit the charge back to my card. That’s the simple solution.
CS Rep: I'm sorry, but our policy doesn't allow us to apply a promotion after an order has been finalized. The only way to receive the discount is to return the original order and place a new one.
Customer: That is an absurd policy for an error on your end. This is completely unprofessional. You've lost a customer, and I'll be sure to tell others about this.
