It's been impossible to get ahold of a live person to actually help get this resolved. I've gone through multiple chat sessions, phone calls, and emails, and still can't get in touch with anyone. This isn't just an inconvenience; it's a health issue, and their complete lack of accessible support is unacceptable. I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with their customer service because this has been such a frustrating ordeal.

CS Rep: Thank you for the order number. I see the details. I completely understand your frustration with the contact attempts; this is not the experience we want for our customers. We will certainly rectify this for you by processing a new order with the correct prescription based on your original submission. Customer: So, you're confirming a new, correct pair will be sent out? What should I do with these wrong ones? I can't use them at all. CS Rep: Yes, a new, corrected pair will be prioritized for production and shipping. We will also email you a prepaid return label for the incorrect pair. Please expect the return instructions and tracking for your new order within the next 24-48 hours.
