Express Shipping Nightmare: 19 Days & Still No Glasses! 😤
Let me tell you about my absolutely terrible online shopping experience, hoping it serves as a warning to others. I ordered glasses on March 30th, urgently needing them because my old ones broke, so I paid extra for 3-5 day express shipping. But day 5 came, then day 10, and they were still 'in production.' By day 11, I had to call to demand a shipping refund because these glasses were still 6 days out on delivery. It felt like they do this all the time. I'm on Day 19 now, and still no glasses! It just shows someone doesn't give a crap about their customers. This kind of disregard pushed me to leave a review and directly engage their customer service.
Customer: "Hi, I ordered glasses on March 30th, order [Order Number]. I paid for express shipping, 3-5 days, because my old glasses broke. Today is Day 19, and I still have no glasses. This is absolutely unacceptable!" CS Rep: "I'm so sorry to hear about the significant delay with your order. Let me pull up your details right away. I see you were already issued a shipping refund. It looks like your order is still showing in production, and then pending shipment." Customer: "Still in production? On Day 19? I was told they were 6 days out on delivery over a week ago! My eyes are suffering. This company is terrible; you don't care about your customers. When will I actually get my glasses?" CS Rep: "I completely understand your frustration. It's clear this isn't the experience we want for you. While I can't guarantee an exact delivery date right this moment, I am escalating this to our production team for immediate review and will personally follow up to get a confirmed shipping date by the end of today." Customer: "And what if I don't hear back, or if it's another '6 days out'? I just want my glasses. This is ridiculous." CS Rep: "I will ensure you receive an update today, and if there are any further issues or delays, we will explore additional options to make this right for you. I truly apologize for the inconvenience."
